Ellipsix Programming is a consumer-oriented software outlet, and thus your input is much appreciated. Just for inspiration, here are a few things that you're welcomed to send an email about:
- Website design: is the page too flashy? Is the information you're looking for easily accessible? Want to see a new color scheme? (hopefully not — I spent a lot of time figuring out this one)
- Product ideas: do you wish your computer would make you a cup of coffee in the morning? (Java, of course ;) Well, that may be a little difficult, but if there's a program on your wish list that you can't find, send an email and I'll see what I can do!
- Feature requests: if you could use some particular feature in an existing Ellipsix program, just say (type) the word! There's no 100% guarantee that it will get added, but user feedback is one of the best ways to steer the direction of a program.
- Support questions: quality is a top priority at Ellipsix. If there's something wrong with an Ellipsix program, send an email and I'll try to get it fixed as soon as possible. For the best response time, put the word "BUG" (all capitals, no quotation marks) in the subject line.
- Compliments: if there's something you particularly like, let me know! Don't let the complainers have all the influence.
- Want to help? There can never be too many people supporting the cause of free and open-source software. If you're interested in programming and would like an opportunity to contribute, send an email!
